ENVELOPE CUTTING GUIDE
For many envelope jobs it is advantageous to pre-print the paper in flat sheets before the envelope is made. Working with the envelope manufacturer, COAST PAPER will provide printers with a specific layout for each job. The chart below shows the number of envelopes that can be die-cut out of standard sheet sizes.

  1. We furnish a layout to fit your press. We cannot guarantee jobs run on anything other than our envelope company's layout.
  2. You order stock.
  3. You do the presswork according to our layout.
  4. Ship printed sheets to the envelope manufacturer with original layout, freight prepaid.
  5. Completed envelopes are returned to you.
 Paper should be well jogged and packed when shipping to envelope manufacturer, and gripper and guide must be indicated on each unit.
